• Account information such as name, email address, phone number if provided, login details, and language preference.
• Astrology profile information such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender where provided, and related Kundli/profile details.
• Service data such as AI questions, AI answers, live chat activity, support tickets, report orders, wallet logs, notifications, and shop orders.
• Optional Palm Reading photo data when you choose to use the Palm Reading feature in the Android app. Camera access is requested only for capturing a palm photo for this optional feature.
• Payment-related records such as transaction status, order IDs, payment references, and payment gateway status. Sensitive card, UPI PIN, OTP, and banking credentials are handled by payment providers and should not be shared with AstroVedIQ support.
• Technical information such as device/browser details, IP logs, session data, cookies, error logs, and security/audit records.

• To create and manage your AstroVedIQ account and astrology profile.
• To generate or display Kundli, Dasha, reports, AI answers, Panchang, Zodiac, shop, support, chat-related services, and optional Palm Reading results.
• To process orders, wallet entries, refunds, support requests, safety reviews, fraud prevention, and customer communication.
• To improve service reliability, security, personalization, and user experience.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, payment, and platform safety requirements.

AstroVedIQ does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only when required for hosting, email, support, analytics, payment processing, security, legal compliance, AI/photo analysis processing for optional Palm Reading, or service delivery.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply when you complete payment through their systems.

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal/payment/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain platform safety. Optional Palm Reading photos are used temporarily for analysis and are not stored permanently by AstroVedIQ. Palm Reading text results and order/payment records may remain in your account history unless deleted where legally and technically permitted. You may request account deletion using the Account Deletion page or by contacting support from your registered email address.

AstroVedIQ is not intended to replace parental guidance, professional counselling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. Users should not make urgent or high-risk decisions only from astrology or AI guidance.
