Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for AstroVedIQ digital services, AI guidance, live chat, astrology reports, wallet/payment issues, and Astro Shop orders.
General Refund Principle
Refunds are reviewed based on service status, delivery status, payment status, technical failure, duplicate payment, and misuse checks. Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method, wallet, service credit, or another permitted method depending on the case and payment provider rules.
AI Questions and Digital Astrology Services
- AI question charges are generally non-refundable once an answer has been generated or delivered.
- If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid answer, AstroVedIQ may review and provide a refund, retry, or wallet/service credit.
- No refund is normally provided for dissatisfaction with an astrology interpretation, prediction, opinion, or guidance style.
Live Chat
- Live chat charges are generally based on actual chat/session usage.
- If there is a verified technical billing issue, incorrect deduction, duplicate deduction, or service interruption caused by the platform, AstroVedIQ may review the session and provide suitable correction, wallet credit, or refund.
- No refund is normally provided for chats completed successfully or for disagreement with an astrologer’s guidance.
Reports and Birth Details
- Astrology reports are digital products. Once generation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- Reports generated using incorrect birth details provided by the customer are generally not eligible for refund.
- If a report is paid but not generated/delivered due to a verified technical issue, AstroVedIQ may regenerate, correct, or refund/credit after review.
Shop Orders
- Physical product cancellation may be allowed before dispatch, subject to product/order status.
- After dispatch, cancellation, return, or replacement depends on product type, delivery status, damage/wrong-item proof, and operational feasibility.
- For damaged, wrong, or missing products, contact support as soon as possible with order details and photos/videos where applicable.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If an amount is debited but the order/service is not created, or if duplicate payment is verified, contact support with payment details. Refund timelines depend on bank, payment gateway, and payment method processing. Typical processing may take several business days after approval.
