Account Deletion and Data Deletion Request

• Send an email to info@astrovediq.com from your registered AstroVedIQ email address.
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - AstroVedIQ.
• Include your registered email address, registered phone number if any, and a short confirmation that you want to delete your AstroVedIQ account and associated data.
• If you can access your account, you may also create a support ticket from inside AstroVedIQ for account deletion help.

For account safety, AstroVedIQ may verify your identity before processing deletion. We may ask you to confirm your request using the registered email, phone, account details, or other reasonable verification steps.

Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable time after verification. Some data may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or regulatory reasons.

• Account profile and login access, subject to verification and legal retention limits.
• Astrology profile data, support data, AI/chat references, and service records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
• Marketing or optional communication preferences where applicable.

• Payment, invoice, order, tax, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, security, legal, or dispute records as required or permitted by law.
• Limited service logs or anonymized/aggregated records needed for platform integrity and compliance.

For future Google Play and App Store releases, AstroVedIQ should also provide an in-app account deletion path or deletion request path inside account settings as required by store policies. This web page acts as the public deletion request URL.
